Mr. Tony Davis is the Senior Director, Workforce Initiatives for The Manufacturing Institute, the workforce and education partner of the National Association for Manufacturers. Previously he served as the Executive Director of the Natchitoches Community Alliance, where he was responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of economic development initiatives for Natchitoches Parish.

He is a native of Natchitoches, Louisiana with a B.S. from Northwestern State University in Business Administration. He is a Board member for two regional economic development organizations, and also serves on advisory councils for two institutions of higher education. Additionally, Mr. Davis serves as Vice-Chair of the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA) Board.

He is a member of both the Louisiana Industrial Development Executives Association (LIDEA) and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). He has served previously on boards for the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI), the Norwela Council of Boy Scouts, the Natchitoches Parish Children and Youth Planning Commission, and state and regional Chamber of Commerce leadership boards.

Mr. Davis is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Louisiana and he and his wife Amy, a design consultant, also own and manage a residential rental portfolio and enjoy raising their two young children in Natchitoches.
